This site has no support desk, no form and no ticket queue. It is a free set of practice questions and study notes, not a company you hold an account with — and almost everything people want to ask about the RBT credential can only be answered by two organizations, neither of which is us.
The board owns your file: your eligibility, your 40-hour training record, your application, your fees, your renewal dates. Pearson VUE owns your appointment. Both are one click away below, and either can tell you about your own case what no third party is in a position to tell you at all.
The rest of this page is the other half of it: what this site refuses to print, and what happens to a page here that turns out to be wrong.
Where to take what

Every row above is somebody who can see your file or your appointment. That is the whole reason the routing matters.
What happens when a page here is wrong
The claim is checked, not the page
A suspected error is checked against the primary document — the Handbook, the Test Content Outline, the Ethics Code — and never against what this site already says. Self-consistency is not accuracy, and a site that audits itself against itself will keep any mistake it started with.
A confirmed error is rebuilt out, not patched over
A miskeyed question is re-keyed or pulled from the bank; a wrong sentence is rewritten with the source it should have carried in the first place. The site is regenerated from its sources rather than edited in place, so a correction lands on every page the claim appeared on instead of the one somebody noticed.
What cannot be confirmed either way comes out
When a detail exists only in somebody's summary and in no board document, it is deleted rather than kept behind a hedge. A page that is quieter and correct is worth more to you than a page that is complete and half-sourced.
What this site will not print
Nothing is collected about you here either — no account, no analytics, no cookie, no mailing list, nothing to unsubscribe from. The privacy policy is the short document that says so item by item, and who writes these pages and which four board documents they are built from is on the about page.
